Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks with a strong focus on performance, synthetic, and observability testing for mission-critical healthcare applications. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and optimized for real-world usage. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in automation and performance testing with the ability to deliver clear insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
