Description POSITION SUMMARY: - Review blueprints and work instructions to produce accurate work product that meets quality standards, safety requirements and allotted run times while also meeting efficiency and productivity goals of the department - Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor. No positions report directly to this position. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree in CNC Machining, Tool & Die Making, or a related field preferred. EXPERIENCE - A minimum of six (6) months combined experience and education in manufacturing environment required. SKILLS - Employees are designated as CNC Operator (Mills & Lathes) or Multi-Axis CNC Operator. Comprehensive mathematics and problem-solving ability are necessary to operate equipment and trouble shoot errors.
