The Senior Operations Manager of Janitorial Services is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing large‑scale janitorial and facilities cleaning operations to ensure exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, workforce performance, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees frontline janitorial teams, drives operational strategy, and partners cross‑functionally with Safety, HR, Training, and Client Operations to maintain consistent, high‑quality cleaning standards across assigned sites. Pay: Up to $55,000.00/yr DOE: The pay listed represents the applicable pay range for this position.
