As a Clinic Director in our outpatient setting, you will continue providing meaningful, hands-on patient care while also leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team, supporting operational excellence, and shaping the culture of your clinic. Our clinicians treat a diverse range of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Your Role: This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and a balanced workload. The role is ideal for a self-directed clinician who enjoys treating a general orthopedic population while providing light leadership in a well-established, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
