Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing the delivery of short- and long-term technical solutions across three dimensions of responsibility: operations ensuring all demand, capacity, and budgetary requirements are met; staff growth and development working with individuals and teams to ensure a high degree of technical prowess is maintained; and delivery overseeing multiple scrum teams in the execution of a managed backlog populated by product and engineering roadmaps collaboratively determined with the aligned IT Product Manager; engaging or leading in one or more strategic projects of low to medium complexity; managing technical resources both at the employee level as well as on and offshore contingent labor.
