Clinical Dietitian Specialist (Inpatient Medical/Surgical) - ( 25000AAJ ) Description This position will work in the Inpatient Medical/Surgical Area and will Place Small Bore Feeding Tubes A Brief Overview: The Clinical Dietitian Specialist will display effective nutrition care and critical thinking skills to complex cases. Will display strong communication and in-depth education skillset in daily practice. Will be involved in projects that are clinically relevant to nutrition care. What You Will Do: - Delivering Effective Nutrition Care (Develops & implements decision making tools for potential complex cases in area of specialty) - Critical Thinking & Decision Making (Demonstrates proficiency in professional judgment and strategic thinking in practice) - Communication & Education (Provides education to staff, interns & other health care professionals in the hospital in area of expertise ) - Leadership (Leads in updating & development of policies & procedures & SOP) Additional Responsibilities: - Performs other duties as assigned. - Complies with all policies and standards. - For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientat...
