Job Description: As a Staff/Senior Fly by Wire Engineer, you will be: - Responsible for design, development, testing, and integration hardware and software components into our CycloRotor products. - Responsible for guiding the team in applying the DO178, DO254, and ARP4754/61 standards and methods towards certifiable products (hardware and software). - Following the best practices and guidelines for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders, such as aerodynamics, structures, simulation, systems engineering, certification, testing, and customers. - Providing technical guidance and feedback to your team members and other engineers. - Reporting to the Head of Engineering and participating in regular meetings and reviews. - Preparing and presenting technical reports and documentation for internal and extern...
