This role is ideal for someone experienced, calm under pressure and committed to providing safe, person-centred supports. About the Role: You will provide support to participants with complex physical and psychosocial needs, supporting their safety, dignity and quality of life. Supports may take place in the home and community and require strong boundaries, emotional awareness and teamwork.
