SUMMARY: The Main Pit DMO will utilize the dish machine to provide clean and sanitized food prep and service items to guests and employees in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures. Properly store and stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware from dish machine. Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine. Stock serving stations with plates and utensils. Properly clean and sanitize work area during and after shift. Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed. Sweep and mop floors and coolers as directed by supervisor. Remove cardboard as needed from kitchen area. Other projects and duties as assigned. Educat...
