Technical Support Specialist I Cattron GmbH specializes in advanced remote control systems for material handling and rail applications. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d). In this role, you will serve as a key interface between our customers and our engineering team, handling technical inquiries and concerns clearly and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
