Position Overview: The Field Supervisor oversees multiple remodeling crews in the field, manages day-to-day jobsite operations, and ensures every project is fully prepared with the right tools, materials, and manpower before work begins. This role is critical in preventing project delays, avoiding costly rework, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of residential remodeling, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, and has the leadership skills to coach and develop teams while also jumping in hands-on when needed.
