Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Organizational Change Management Practice Lead for Copilot . In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practice Lead is responsible for driving effective and efficient adoption of enterprise‑wide change specific to implementing Copilot adoption across Federal organizations. It requires previous experience creating repeatable and customizable end‑to‑end change activities—including but not limited to planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and measurement—to ensure smooth adoption at every level of a complex Federal client. They will support an internal team, creating a dynamic OCM presence within our Federal business.
