The role is responsible for working directly with Loan Officers and American Airlines Credit Union members to make the lending experience the best it can be. What you'll do: - ​Answers a high volume of calls in the Phone Loan Department - Collects data and documentation for loan applications in compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures and NCUA regulations - Inputs data in LINK loan origination system - Closes and disburses loan funds - Cross sells additional loan products - Completes electronic documents - Processes mail, faxes and emails - May be required to work a rotating Saturday schedule - The selected ca...
