POSITION SUMMARY: The Route Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily service operations. This position ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective waste collection while delivering a “Distinguishably Different” customer experience. You’ll lead drivers using Waste Pro’s Core Values and Positive Leadership principles.
