JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. Purpose of the Role: Under the general supervision of the Garland Maintenance Manager, the Manufacturing Services Engineer will implement and lead multiple Capital automation projects. This candidate will also be responsible for Goal Deployment implementation at assigned facilities within their region and implementing projects of various sizes and scales, complexity and duration to deliver process improvement solutions and operational excellence to the various JELD-WEN plants. This position will direct and coordinate cross-functional teams and activities to complete assigned projects that are of significant complexity and value to ensure that projects are completed within prescribed contractual requirements, time frames, and funding parameters while employing Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Six Sigma and SQDCI methodologies at the Jeld Wen Garland Texas facility.
