Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): DIRECTOR: WORKING TITLE: Director-Progress Monitoring and Tiered Support (Elementary or Secondary) SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Academics: LOCATION: Crossroads I, Cary, NC: PAY GRADE: Director-Band 2: FLSA STATUS: Exempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: Yes: REPORTS TO: Senior Director for Regional Achievement and School Support (Elementary or Secondary) SUPERVISES: Senior Administrators (Elementary or Secondary): Coordinating Teachers: Coaches: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm (occasional evenings and weekends) Position is available for a Hybrid Telework workweek POSITION PURPOSE: Provides leadership at the district and school level in the implementation of elementary and/or secondary school curriculum, instructional programs, and researched-based best instructional practices. Generates all available data for progress monitoring of student achievement. Directly supports and coordinates the efforts of school leaders and central-office staff to improve instruction and enhance student learning within the assigned regions aligned with area superintendents.
