Job description

Your mission: - Responsibility for managing the engineering of one car and driver at all events in international racing - Prepare and deliver a performance plan for each race and test event - Extract the maximum performance from the car and driver at each event - Share information and proactively promote the development of the Engineering Workgroup - Report to the Program Manager and as well as to the Engineering Group - Manage the daily engineering operations on his car including those of his car-crew in conjunction with the Crew Chief - Work independently and within a team group to define and deliver performance projects for races and tests events - Collaborate with and/or lead Engineering Workgroups dedicated to development of soft-tools (eg. simulation and strategy tools) and hard-tools (eg. pit-equipment optimization, driver simulator) for improving performance of car and team (transversally across the different sporting programs) Your profile: - Degree or equivalent qualification - Proven high level Race Engineering and Performance Engineering experience - Strong Science, Physics and Data driven background and work ethic - Good communications skills with a strong requirement...
