We are currently seeking highly motivated Software Engineering Supervisors with technical leadership to join our Aegis Combat Display team. This is a full-time position located in Moorestown, NJ. Responsibilities: - Assist the Agile Product Owner with management oversight responsibilities on assigned capability development efforts - assigning developers to specific contracts and tasks and ensuring developers are working efficiently to deliver planned functionality on schedule and budget. Includes assignment of SWCRS in ClearQuest and JIRA - Oversee Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
