Description OBX Linen Solutions, a division of Sun Realty, is seeking seasonal full-time linen associates. We're looking for hard working, energetic, reliable people with positive attitudes. Schedules may vary and weekends/holidays are required. The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements: - Reliable transportation - Ability to pass background screening - Assist with loading and unloading of company trucks - Operate commercial washers and dryers - Ability to lift 50-100lbs. constantly throughout the work day - Ability to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat Requirements: Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps, and lifting 50-100 pounds; repetitive motion, folding, wrapping, stocking linens; loading and unloading trucks; effective written and verbal communication in the English language. Machines/Equipment: The operation of laundry machines and driving box truck. Possess a valid, active driver’s license (minimum of 3 years), and clean driving record (MVR).
