Director of Product Management, Weather and Climate

Spire Global is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Director, Product Management to lead product strategy for our Weather & Climate business unit. This senior leadership role is accountable for the full product lifecycle — from market discovery and business case development through roadmap execution and commercial launch — across our SaaS and DaaS portfolio. Reporting to executive leadership, the Director will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Data Science teams to identify unmet industry needs, define differentiated solutions, and bring first-to-market products that generate durable revenue and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise in meteorology, atmospheric science, or weather technology with the commercial instincts and leadership skills to shape a high-growth product portfolio.
