Description Summary: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Tech is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all properties occupied by Ibero American Action League, this includes our location in Albany NY. Key Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily This position holds a relatively high degree of independence within the framework of the agency's policies and procedures. The individual must be resourceful and able to display initiative and understanding of safety systems. Must keep immediate supervisor abreast of issues and concerns which merit intervention from higher level management staff . - Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces daily. - Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal. - Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies, maintenance tools and equipment. - Respond to special requests for pick-up and delivery of supplies and equipment. - Perform regularly basic maintenance activities, including repairs, rug cleaning, snow plowing, land...
