What you’ll Do: What Experience and Education You Need - Responsible for the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management module. This role ensures the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Oracle Talent processes (Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Review, and Development). - Responsibilities include managing talent profile data, supporting end-users, building and analyzing HRIS metrics, and enhancing performance management processes. - Perform functional setup, maintenance, and changes to Oracle HCM Talent modules (Performance Templates, Goal Library, Talent Review Meetings, Succession Plans, and Talent Pools). - Manage Talent Profile content, including skills, competencies, and qualifications. - Perform ad-hoc reporting (writing, running and reviewing).
