Principal Product Delivery Manager (Remote-Eligible) The Product Delivery team, an integral part of US Canadian Markets Operations, is responsible for delivering technical payment products to our global partners. The Principal Product Delivery Manager will join the team to lead the delivery of these technical products within the Americas region. Responsibilities: Execute strategy for advanced payment products including EMV, Transit, 3DS (3 D Secure) and Digital payments with a variety of payment partners (Issuers, Acquirers, Network Alliances, Gateway, etc.) Work closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the products and support teams as they promote products and services to clients Provide technical EMV support including analyzing terminal EMV certifications and the creation of EMV Card Personalization Profiles Ensure product delivery goals are met by providing SME (Subject Matter Expert) support to internal and external partners to deliver against the strategy Collaborate across teams to ensure appropriate tracking of metrics, reporting, project status.
