We are currently recruiting for a Product Compliance Manager to play a key role in driving responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices across our global supply chain. About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will lead the development and execution of our ethical, social, and environmental compliance strategy, ensuring our operations and supplier network meet the highest standards of responsibility. Acting as both a strategic partner and a hands‑on operator, you will champion compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the business. Key responsibilities include: Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
