Job description

Summary: This role will be responsible for running all aspects of the sponge operation. Take direction from the department supervisor on a daily basis. Qualifications: - Setup, operate and troubleshoot sponge manufacturing equipment to ensure the safe, efficient production of sponge sheets. - Perform visual inspection and property testing on sponge sheets in accordance with quality control procedures. - Work with engineering and production on continuous improvements, work instructions and six sigma projects as needed. - Other duties as assigned. - High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education - 1+ years of manufacturing experience - Mechanical aptitude
