The CFO is responsible for safeguarding the financial health of the organization while ensuring every fiscal decision reflects and reinforces Goodwill’s mission — transforming lives through education, training, and employment. This role goes beyond financial oversight; it requires a genuine belief in Goodwill’s purpose and the ability to connect financial strategy to life-changing social impact. The CFO will identify, secure, and steward the financial resources necessary to sustain and expand the organization’s mission services.
