Ecolab’s Garland facility is seeking a Controls Engineer to support and enhance our manufacturing operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our automated systems and electrical infrastructure. A successful candidate will possess deep expertise in industrial automation and electrical systems, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic, safety-driven environment. What You Will Do: - Participate in the Design and Review of technical components of all project work and new projects. - Design, implement, and maintain electrical control systems for production and utility equipment. - Program PLCs (Rockwell Automation preferred), HMIs, and SCADA systems. - Lead hands-on troubleshooting (95% Rockwell Automation I/O PLC and HMI) - Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical and control system failures. - Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to support capital projects and process improvements. - Adhere to Ecolab Garland Programming Standards and Etiquette. - Ensure compliance with Ecolab’s safety standards and applicable regulations (O...
