IT & DATA Contract Manager

We are looking for an IT & DATA Contract Manager to join our IT Department within the Office of the CIO. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic link between our IT & DATA teams, Vendor Management and the legal department, ensuring our digital services are backed by robust, accurate, and future-proof contractual agreements. Your role and responsibilities: Lead contractual negotiations for SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, hardware and professional services orders (SOW’s & order forms). Contract lifecycle management: provide advice and guidance to contract owners in their responsibilities regarding the contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, performance tracking, and the interpretation of contracts. Ensure the IT & DATA organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained. Establish KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for vendors and track compliance.
