Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our Intermediate Track Team in a dual-capacity role that blends technical expertise with hands-on case management. This position is ideal for a solicitor or CILEX-qualified lawyer with litigation rights who thrives on complex litigation work and enjoys mentoring others. The role encompasses: - Case Management: Handling a portfolio of Intermediate Track cases, including litigated matters, ensuring timely progression and resolution aligned with client expectations and business objectives. - Technical Leadership: Acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support to colleagues across the post-litigation process, while ensuring compliance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of Intermediate Track cases. - Provide technical supervision and mentoring to team members and the wider practice.
