This position blends administrative responsibilities with ministerial opportunities to interact with, inspire, and support individuals as they prepare to begin their journey at Charis. Through phone and email communication, the Counselor offers one-on-one encouragement, personal assistance, and key resources, while collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and faith-filled transition. This position connects prospective and incoming students to the Charis community, passionately introducing them to a life-changing, purpose-driven experience.
