The Logistics Operations Supervisor (BIO) oversees the daily performance of the Biological Operations (BIO) logistics team, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of biological samples and related services. This role combines operational leadership, data analysis, stakeholder management, and team development. The Supervisor ensures that all processes align with service expectations, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals while fostering a unified, high‑performing department. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of biological samples. Oversee day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SOPs. Clearly define expectations, objectives, and mission priorities for the team.
