Job description

This position will be located at the Phoenix, Arizona branch for MGX Equipment Services and reports to the Parts Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Receives, stores, and ships/distributes equipment, materials, tools, merchandise, and similar items in a storeroom or warehouse. - Unpacks, sorts and inspects items for damage. - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. - Ensures accuracy of records and logs. - Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience within a warehouse in a construction or heavy equipment environment preferred. - Basic computer skills. - Experience operating a forklift a strong plus. - Must have excellent communication skills with a customer/client focus. HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: - Perform job functions in a safe manner. - Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) required by Company policy for the job being performed. - Know and follow established job specific and facility wide safety and health procedures and rules. - Actively participate in safety and health training and demonstrate competency based on training received. - Bring safety and health issues, unsafe acts, and safety suggestions to ma...
