Classification Title: Career Coach Classification Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience. Job Description: Serves as a career coach by delivering individual and group career planning services to UF students within a specific career cluster. Supports Public Sector career pathways by facilitating individual career planning appointments, drop-in services, and small group coaching for UF undergraduate and graduate students interested in public service. Facilitates customized career and leadership education workshops, for-credit course material, and large group programs for UF undergraduate and graduate students for career pathways. Implement the Career Action Plan and career development theory elements in all workshops and programs. Provides direct service or coaching through center-wide series and cohort programs focused on the professionalization of students.
