Associate Senior Counsel - Healthcare & Commercial Litigation

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic in-house litigation team responsible for healthcare/commercial litigation and government investigations. This is a next-level development step for an experienced litigator – to apply their skills to support The Cigna Group in government investigations and as well as complex healthcare/commercial litigation matters. This position is well suited for a strategic, creative thinker who enjoys owning challenging matters from start to finish, thrives in a high-performance environment, and is energized by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active state bar membership required Minimum of 7+ years of healthcare litigation experience at a top law firm, with the federal government, and/or in-house White-collar experience and experience working with state and federal regulators strongly preferred.
