Your key responsibilities: The HR Transformation & Technology team within the People Consulting Sub Service Line, guides and supports clients, both public and private, affected by major technological transformations by delivering and defining a series of change management initiatives aimed at ensuring the success of the transformation itself. Key Activities: - Support the development and execution of Change Management strategies and plans, in line with client objectives and project requirements (digitalization, ERP/HCM implementation, reorganizations, M&A). - Conduct the stakeholder analysis and impact assessment, to understand the effects of change on people, processes and the organization. - Create and disseminate communication, engagement and training plans and strategies. - Develop engaging initiatives, such as gamification activity, to engage all the stakeholders involved. - Monit...
