ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This role supports the HR Operations team in delivering a seamless, customer ‑ centric experience to employees in Romania by ensuring high ‑ quality HR service delivery. It contributes to smooth employee lifecycle processes, particularly through effective onboarding coordination and clear, timely support on HR matters. It is well ‑ suited for someone eager to develop practical skills in HR operations within a dynamic, international environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS: - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. - Manage a broad range of employee queries, from transactional requests to policy clarification and HR system troubleshooting (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow). - Support the HR Operations team with the onboarding process for Romania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and US, including preparation of documentation, communication with new hires, first ‑ d...
