AVATR Global Design Center is looking for a strategic Experience Designer who thrives in the early “Discover & Define” phase, translating user insights into emotionally compelling and differentiated experiences. You will become part of our experienced and international AVATR Design Team in Munich. What you will do: - Collaborate closely with Design Strategy, Design Research, Advanced Design, Systems Engineering, Innovation, and UX teams to shape early-stage experience directions - Translate user research insights into meaningful emotional drivers and opportunity areas - Identify and define key innovation opportunities that create strong emotional resonance with users - Discover and articulate core “delight moments” that unlock differentiated experiences - Structure winning experience concepts and define component behaviors in early “first read” experience frameworks - Develop a broad range of creative direction...
