Rapids Warehousing and is a commercial storage, logistics and supply chain function that operates out of central offices located in Cordele, GA and Des Moines, IA. ABOUT THE JOB: The Rapids Warehousing Forklift Operator will perform various tasks associated with the movement of product, raw materials and other commodities in the plant in a safe, responsible manner following all safety rules and procedures. This position requires a high level of safety awareness while moving throughout the plant especially while operating mobile equipment. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE: - Loads and unloads trucks received at the dock and completes related reports. - Retrieves packaged deliveries, in-process products and finished materials from the warehouse by operating a forklift. - Production forklift drivers deliver product/materials to the appropriate departments and return finished goods to the warehouse. -...
