INNOVIM seeks a Scholarship Support Specialist to support NOAA’s Ernest F. Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship Program under the José E. Serrano Educational Partnership Program (EPP) with Minority Serving Institutions (MSI). This position is contingent upon the successful award of the contract. Location: Onsite Silver Spring, MD Relocation Assistance: NONE Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the on-site team lead by maintaining time and attendance and leave calendar for scholarship support contractors, reviewing scholarship support contractor’s reports for accuracy, maintaining internship and mentor spreadsheets for scholars, and filling in for other PMs as needed. - Support the student scholarship application, administrative review, and selection processes. - Track and monitor student progress in the student scholarship programs. - Organize, update, and maintain electronic program files. - Review, monitor, and disseminate information to program staff to ensure scholars compliance with NOAA IT (information technology) requirements (e.g., NOAA email policy, annual training). - Assist with the preparation of responses to request for information for review and approval by the Program Mana...
