Your customer-focused mindset will truly come into its own in our international working environment. You get it done: As a key accountmanager within DSV’s Road Control Tower, you are the central point of contact for our most important customers. You operate at the intersection of commerce, operations and stakeholder management, ensuring that agreements are not only made, but actually work in practice: you’re on it. How you do this? Within our Control Tower, you represent DSV towards large strategic Road customers. You manage the full customer landscape: from contract agreements and SLAs to performance, escalations and growth initiatives. You act as the connecting link between the customer and internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, IT and commercial teams.
