Benefits: Position Overview for Director of Sales for New Pools and Renovation $40K base salary + comission The Director of Sales for New Pools and Renovation is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all sales and renovation elements of ASP America’s Swimming Pool Co. franchise. This includes the cohesive teamwork of personnel, development, and implementation of sales strategies.
