Position Overview: The Fiber Splicer will be responsible for the installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables and systems. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel regularly to different project sites. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that delivers high-quality network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Perform fiber optic splicing, terminations, and testing for both aerial and underground installations. - Use fusion splicers, OTDRs, and other test equipment to verify fiber integrity and performance. - Read, understand, and implement fiber network plans, schematics, and splicing diagrams. - Troubleshoot and repair damaged fiber cables and connections as needed. - Maintain ac...
