Roles and Responsibilities: - Under the general supervision of the Universal Industries Registered Nurse, provide for the routine health care of participants enrolled in the Adult Day services Center. - Monitor the health condition of each participant and liaison with family, caregivers or physicians as indicated. Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by the participant's physician. Provide first aid and emergency care as necessary. - Participate in pre-service and in-service training for staff and volunteers and maintain necessary documentation related to this function. - Participate as part of the ADC interdisciplinary team in conducting intakes and in the creation of individualized participant care plans. - Liaison with participant's family, care gi...
