HSER Manager Blunham: 6 Months FTC Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with strong CDM expertise? We are seeking a confident and proactive HSER specialist to support the delivery of a high-profile project, ensuring full compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM). This role is central to safeguarding people, processes, and project delivery — embedding safe design and construction principles at every stage. To provide competent Health & Safety support to the site HSER function for a 6-month period, specifically supporting the delivery and compliance of a Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) project. The role will ensure CDM compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle, supporting the Client, Principal Designer and Principal Contractor in meeting statutory obligations. The successful candidate will promote safe design and construction practices, ensure documentation compliance, and support effective risk management throughout the project.
