Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Surveyor Technician for our Richmond, VA office to provide professional oversight and management for entitlement surveying services, focusing on and specializing in Boundary/ALTA Surveys, record and condominium plats, zoning exhibits, and writing legal descriptions. Applicant must be responsible, highly motivated, detail oriented with proven experience and demonstrated track record in boundary determinations, following local zoning ordinances, coordinating with title companies and attorneys in the Northern Virginia region. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. The selected individual must be committed to advancing the goals of our Land Surveying / Engineering team and overall surveying, design and consulting practices. Applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects, engage in daily coordination with Survey Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Managers, key office staff, clients, prepare proposals and be successful in supporting business development and managing personnel who perform relevant support roles on specific project assignments.
