Job Summary The Director, Finance provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for all financial activities at the facility level. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, capital planning, and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. The Director partners with facility and network leadership to optimize financial performance, support long-term growth, and ensure strong internal controls. This role typically serves as the second most senior financial leader within the facility.
