Job DetailsJob Location: Williamsburg - Williamsburg VA, VA 23188Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 HourlyFacilitate affordable and safe housing for residents living independently in age- and income-restricted rental housing. Responsible for the daily operations at Parker View, a 67-unit, three-floor apartment community in Williamsburg, Virginia managed by Bay Aging. This housing property is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly. Reports to the Senior Vice President, Housing. Pay Rate: $20/hr-$25/hr Essential functions: Property Management (30%) - Maintain safe and sound properties: Perform a weekly walk-through of the property’s inside/outside/common areas to check for repairs and maintenance needs. Facilitate and monitor the work of on-site staff and contractors responsible for grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and cleanliness of the common areas. Perform annual inspection of individual residential units to ensure compliance with lease terms and identify respective repairs/maintenance needs.
