About the role: BlueWave is seeking an experienced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Project Manager to support the development and execution of solar and energy storage projects. This role sits on the Development team and is responsible for managing BESS scope from early-stage project development through construction readiness and handoff to execution teams. The BESS Project Manager will serve as the primary owner of storage-related project coordination, ensuring that system design, vendor selection, permitting inputs, interconnection requirements, and commercial assumptions are aligned and de-risked prior to construction.
