Position Summary: As a Contract Management Coordinator, you will support the Network Development Managers and Sales Teams to ensure reliable and accurate contractual relationships with customers. Core duties include working closely with the in-house legal counsel as well as a wide range of business activities to ensure efficient and accurate business transactions, especially in the context of the external regional distribution network. Key Accountabilities: - Ensure sales contracts and frame agreements are updated and valid - Maintain the internal contract database - Updated and maintain customer master data in SAP - Regional liaison to the network legal team - Regional support for the contract management team - Regional representative on the global customer master team - Ensure contractual documents (or relevant information) are communicated and retained as required - Create, develop and comply with local work instructions -...
