Lead Client Service Representative – Veterinary Practice Salary : $23-$25 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Schedule: This is a full-time position. Hospital hours are Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM; and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM (every other Saturday required). The hospital is closed on Sundays. East Greenbush Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Lead Client Services Representative to be the knowledgeable, welcoming leader at our front desk, setting the standard for client service and team excellence. Guide and mentor the front desk team while ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client experiences.
